At Castleview we operate an “open door” visiting policy (unless otherwise requested by the Resident) meaning that friends and family are encouraged to visit the Home at any time.
For those unable to visit in person, virtual visits can be arranged on the Residents personal devices or on one of the devices provided by the Home.
